I just placed an order - what is the shipping?
Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our headquarters in Miami, FL.
We’re a small (but mighty!) team working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Thanks so much for your patience and support—it means the world to us!
At this time, we only ship to the US. We are hopeful, that as we grow, we will be able to offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but understand if things don't work out. You have 14 days from delivery to start the return process. Just email us at hello@themoodyreader.com and we’ll help you sort out your return. Please note, all items must be in their original, unused state, with all packaging intact to be eligible for a return. For that reason, we need to approve your return before it heads our way. Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Where can I find information on preorders?
Preorder communication will be sent out via email. Full details on preorders, such as anticipated ship times and restocks, can also be found on the product page.
What payment types does The Moody Reader accept?
We currently accept PayPal, AfterPay and credit card payments which we process through Shopify own payment processing system.
